How far in advance do I have to book a transfer?

We always recommend booking as far in advance as possible because our services are very fluctuating and depend on demand. In high season it is advisable to book your transfer in Barcelona at least one day in advance and in low season it is advisable to book your transfer service at least 5 hours in advance.

Can you pick me up at a location other than the airport?

Yes, our drivers can pick you up anywhere in the city or the metropolitan area.

Do you do transfers from the train station?

Yes, we offer transfers from Barcelona train station to the place you specify and vice versa.

Do you do transfers from the port?

Yes, we offer transfers from the port of Barcelona to the place you indicate and vice versa.

Will I have to share a vehicle with other people?

No, the transportation service is reserved for personal clients.

We follow the recommendations of the country's Ministry of Health and all our drivers always wear masks.

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the service in low season. For special events, please consult us.

What happens to my transfer if my flight, train or ship is delayed? What if I miss it?

In order to offer you the best service, our drivers can wait up to an extra hour free of charge at the airport or train station. In case of delays at the port the free waiting time is 45 minutes. And in hotels a maximum of 30 minutes. If the delay is longer than that, each additional hour will be charged as extra. In case you miss your flight, train or boat to Barcelona, please contact our customer service.

Our personalized service includes pick up right at the arrivals gate. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name and will accompany you from the first moment to help you in everything you need.

The space available for luggage depends on the vehicle booked, but in general it comfortably covers the transportation needs of our travelers. In case you are carrying a large amount of luggage, please let us know in advance.

Can I bring special luggage such as surfboards, bicycles, sports equipment or weapons, and is there any extra charge?

It is possible to bring special luggage, just let us know at the time of booking.

What exactly is included and not included in the reservation?

Reservations include a courtesy waiting time of 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the pick-up location, water service and wifi. Additional waiting times or stops not indicated on the reservation are not included.
